Hi, I’m Jay Leech, founder of Pinnacle Life Coaching.
The name Pinnacle is inspired by Dorset, Vermont’s historic Pinnacle Tower (circa 1850s). It is an edifice offering perspective, stillness, and natural beauty. My coaching helps individuals gain clarity, perspective, and confidence—one step at a time. Before we can climb, sometimes we just need to be heard. Our collaboration provides a safe, non‑judgmental space for you to rise toward your highest self.
Why Work with Coach Jay
Resilience Rooted in Experience
As a former Division 1 athlete and cancer survivor with decades of strategic leadership experience, I know how to help you harness setbacks, build strength, and reclaim momentum.
Clarity Through Purpose-Driven Coaching
If you're seeking more clarity in your life, whether you're overcoming illness, pivoting in athletics, or exploring personal growth, I guide with tailored tools, honest reflection, and structured next steps.
Accountability That Accelerates Progress
You’ll stay on track with mid-program reviews, worksheets, email check-ins, and clear action plans—ensuring momentum and consistent growth.
Fully Certified mindbodygreen Life Coach
I am a certified Life Coach, having completed mbg Life Coaching+ certification—a modern, BCC-accredited 12-week online program blending neuroscience, behavior-change tools, and live coaching practice. The curriculum trained me to guide clients across personal and professional challenges with clarity, resilience, and purpose.
Authenticity Empowers Your Journey
Authenticity empowers your journey, not mine. You’re invited to bring your real story, and in turn, you receive a space built on honesty, presence, and trust.
Intentional Living
Intentional living invites you to align your daily actions with your deepest values, so each step forward feels meaningful—not accidental. Through coaching with me, you will uncover what truly matters and build habits that reflect your vision and goals. This clarity-driven practice cultivates focus, presence, and a life lived with purpose.
